Our Heads Up neurological physiotherapy clinic and main office at Clock House is situated just outside of Newdigate village, near Dorking in Surrey. We have 3 private clinic rooms and a 2 small gym areas where we offer individual and small group sessions.

Our clinic is conveniently located within easy access from across Surrey and West Sussex via the A24 and M23. We’re also well connected to the rest of the UK via the M25, and mainline train services from Central London.

Nearby stations include: Dorking, Redhill, and Reigate – all within a 30-minute drive. We regularly see clients from a wide area, including:

Newdigate, Dorking, Reigate, Redhill, Horley, Horsham, Bookham, Ashtead, Woking, Wimbledon, Sevenoaks, and Merstham.

Our Heads Up Kingston practice is based at New Victoria Hospital in South London, conveniently located just off the A3 with on-site parking available. A nearby bus stop provides easy access to Kingston, Raynes Park, and Wimbledon train stations, making the clinic accessible by both car and public transport.

We are located within the hospital’s main Physiotherapy Department, working closely with our MSK, respiratory, and women’s health colleagues. We also maintain strong links with consultants based at New Victoria Hospital, particularly in neurology and ENT, ensuring a collaborative and well-rounded approach to patient care.

Heads up has its own spacious clinic room and shared access to the physiotherapy gym, including equipment such as a treadmill and exercise bike. A hoist and other manual handling equipment are also available to support safe and comfortable transfers for patients when needed.
