At Heads Up we can offer video assessments and follow-up sessions to ensure flexible, accessible care—wherever you are. Our video sessions are ideal for:

• Initial consultations and assessments
• Reviewing progress and adjusting treatment plans
• Providing exercise guidance and education
• Supporting clients who may have difficulty travelling to clinic

We use trusted, easy-to-access platforms to deliver these sessions, and will provide clear instructions before your appointment. All sessions are conducted by our experienced neurological physiotherapists, ensuring the same high-quality care as in-person appointments.

What you’ll need:

• A device with a camera (smartphone, tablet, or computer)
• A quiet, well-lit space with room to move
• Any equipment we’ve discussed in advance
